The Utah Games Guild logo, depicting two game controllers plugged into a beehive, which is the symbol of the state of Utah

I co-founded the Utah Games Guild, a game dev community organization in Salt Lake City, Utah that was active from 2014-2017. We arranged booth space and marketing at trade shows for local indie game developers, ran game dev tutorials and hackathons for kids and teens at local libraries and schools, and partnered with The Leonardo, a STEM education museum, for a year-long series of community game discovery nights.
